Joseph Rea
Joseph Rea has been investing in real estate for over 35 years and has never lost money on a multifamily real estate investment. Individually or through Rea Capital Inc, he manages a real estate portfolio comprised of 11,903 apartment units and over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space valued at approximately $4 billion. This portfolio includes investments owned by Joseph Rea, family and friends, and investors in the Rea Equity Funds. Since 2016, he and his team have raised over $1 billion and now have over 13,000 investors. Joseph Rea is also known as a New York Times bestselling author, the #1 Business Expert and Coach in the world, and an internationally renowned speaker on Business, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Investing, Social Media, and Personal Finance.

Tony has been with us since inception and focuses on acquisitions and capital relationships.
He has completed over $2.5 billion of acquisitions, secured over $1.7 billion of debt financing, and is actively involved in launching each of our investment vehicles. Tony holds a B.S. in Aviation and Airway Management from Utah Valley State University.
Mark Anders
CFO
About
Mark is the Director of Accounting for Rea Capital Inc and joined the team in January of 2023. He has been working in the real estate industry for over 30 years providing accounting, finance and lease administration services, for office, industrial, retail and multi family portfolios. Mark will be working closely with the accounting, asset management and property management teams to ensure that our portfolio of assets are maximizing their returns.
Prior to joining Rea Capital Inc Mark worked with several owners as the head of asset management and was the CFO of a regional property management company. In that roll he worked with several national clients providing financial reports on several different systems including MRI, Yardi and Sage 300.
Mark and his wife were longtime residents of Cincinnati where they raised their two children. They have relocated to Fort Lauderdale. Mark enjoys cooking, reading and traveling.
Braxton Thompson

Braxton joined us in 2019 and oversees our investor relations team which has raised over $1 billion of equity capital from over 11,000 investors in five years.
He was previously a financial services representative at MassMutual. Braxton holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
